We take so much pride in our Degrees, Scientific and medical achievements, Corporate promotions, Business growth, wealth and riches, Houses and Cars, Political victories, size of our Church and Ministry, Sports achievements, etc and get human applause and praise. But does all this mean much to God? When we stand face to face with the Lord He will ask us ‘what have you done with the life I gave you’? Have you LOVED much, did you have great human RELATIONSHIPS, did you FEED the hungry, clothe the naked, help the widows, care for the hurting and the sick, invite strangers and homeless to your home, go to the prison and meet the prisoners, forgive those who hurt you?

Did you share my Love with people unconditionally, did you feed my people, my saints? Did you love your neighbor as yourself? Or did you build walls around you and only loved people who you received much from or those you chased after for wealth and influence? The small little things matter more to the Lord than our great achievements. Yes, you will get all the glory for those achievements here on earth but not in heaven. (reference to Jesus in Matthew 25:34-40).
