We all know there is a God whether we admit it or not. Although invisible, He has shown Himself ever since the creation of the world, man and animals. We/It did not spontaneous create with such precision and purpose.

Although people believe, they dishonor Him with senseless thinking and evil hearts. They claim to be wise but only show what fools they are. They have exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator. For this reason, God gave them up to dishonorable lust. He gave them up to a debased mind to commit a litany of other forms of wickedness.
Though they know God’s righteous pronouncement that those who practice such things deserve to die, they don’t seem to care and give approval to those who practice them. They may not care now but the knowledge of what God has created though His sovereignty and power, should make them wake up before their time expires.

We only have one time on this earth which determines whether we die and be sent to eternal torment or die and be sent to eternal blissful life after death. (Romans 1, Hebrews 9:27)
