Is your God (do you worship) your job, your car or money? The God that created you is a jealous God. This type of jealously is not being envious or a desire to have something that He wants. He desires to have what is rightly His; your worship and commitment. Anything less is not acceptable. A relationship is developed only with spending time with an individual. How much time do you spend with God? Jesus tells us “I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved” (John 10:9). At the time of judgment, many will try that door and say to Jesus, • I attended Church often or • I have always believed you exist or • I prayed whenever I needed help, Only to have Him say ‘I don’t know you or where you come from. Away from me, all you evildoers!’ (Luke 13:27).
